Important Customer Information
We will always contact you if there is a going to be a delay. Unless stated all screen /embroidery origination is charged extra. Payment by cheque / BACS or (online by credit card please contact us for information) All orders must be paid for prior to being despatched. Personalised orders must be paid for before we imprint any items, these items can not be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault with the product. If you require products Urgently please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to fulfil your requirement. Artwork can be emailed or sent on a CD: Vector graphic artwork only Illustator CS2 or less EPS/PDF for PC format. A visual of the artwork will be sent back to you for approval before work commences. Although we aim to get your order to you a quickly as possible, we do not have control over delivery once it leaves our premisis. For small lightweight orders we use the Post office Special delivery which will require a signiture, for large orders we use a Carrier. IF FOR ANY REASON THERE IS A DELAY WE WILL INFORM YOU ASAP.
